CA Smita Khurana
She is a Chartered Accountant with more than 12 years of experience in Direct Tax matters. She has an indepth understanding of present Indian and Global tax positions. Over the years she has become a trusted advisor for many clients on National and International Tax matters. She is an expert in tax litigation, International tax matters, Transfer Pricing Laws. She has experience of handling corporate affairs in different areas for over a decade. She has helped many organisations to set up business in India and operating it smoothly. She is also advisory to various NBFCs over RBI matters. She has expertise in handling FEMA, FDIs and other RBI related matters.
CA Arun Singh
Arun Singh is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2017. He is young, passionate Chartered Accountant and within a period of short time he has leads to various big projects, his expertise is Statutory & Tax Audit of listed and unlisted Companies, Internal Audits and international taxation. With his new ideas and problem solving approach he has been able to deliver to the client the best qualities of services.
CA Amit Madhav
Qualified as Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2008. He has significant experience in matters of Manufacturing, Trading Import- Exports, IT Companies & 100% EOU Units. His core area is determining entry and exit routes of companies, carrying business negotiations on behalf of clients, Representation before authorities (Tax, RBI, etc.). Some of the other primary issues he addresses for clients affairs are Statutory audits, Internal Audits, With-holding tax, Entity Structuring, Goods and Service tax, Excise, FEMA, Companies Act etc. He has successfully represented clients in front of various tax authorities in examinations and appeals. Additionally, he coordinates registrations under Tax Laws.
CA Tinku Kathuria
Qualified as Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has significant experience in matters of Banking, FDI entry & exit route and FEMA Compliances. His core area is Fund Management, carrying business negotiations on behalf of clients, Representation before authorities (Tax, RBI, etc.). He is also a visiting faculty in the field of finance.
CS Renu Kathuria
Qualified as Company Secretary from the Institute of Companies Secretaries, she has vast knowledge of Companies Act. She looks after all the corporate secretariat work. She has also represented the clients before NCLT. She played a vital role during various mergers and acquisitions for various clients. She is a member of trade mark authority as well.
